Shipping Policy

At Infusia Creations, we take great care in delivering your products to you, ensuring that every order reaches you safely and on time. All purchases are shipped directly from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana – India, through trusted courier partners.

Delivery Timeline

• India-Wide Shipping: 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays).

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery at your address. If you are unavailable, kindly authorize a family member, friend, or colleague to collect it on your behalf.

Delivery Confirmation

Once the package is handed over, the signature of the recipient (or authorized person) will be considered proof of delivery.
Infusia Creations will not be held responsible for goods signed for by an alternative individual or for any damage that occurs after delivery.

Damages or Shortages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report it to our customer service team on the same day of delivery for prompt assistance. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary depending on the product, packaging, size, and location.
All applicable charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout — you’ll be able to review them before making payment.
