Return & Refund Policy

At Infusia Creations, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every perfume is crafted and packed with utmost care, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care items), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product.

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@infusiafragrances.com with your order number, images of the product, and packaging. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved:

• A replacement or refund will be processed as per your preference.

• Refunds will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

• Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used perfume bottles

• Products purchased during promotional sales

• Items without original packaging or invoice

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched.
To cancel, please email us at care@infusiafragrances.com with your order details.

Once the product has been shipped, cancellations or refunds will not be possible.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please share clear photos and unboxing video proof with our support team on the same day of delivery. We’ll replace the product or issue a refund after verification.
